Coach Mike Tomlin was the only one in the organization or the entire city of Pittsburgh (PYB Crew included) that had the kahoonas to make the move to Russell Wilson. Early on Russ was struggling and the home crowd was booing and clamoring for Justin Fields. Then the rust started to wear off and Russ was cooking again.
