Speaking in public in front of groups (large or small) is pretty stressful and uncomfortable for most people….

I was actually inspired to put this episode together after delivering a talk to 1400 people at the Lead Developer Conference in London - an experience which almost made me literally vomit with stress/anxiety. As someone who speaks regularly at events, I’ve had to develop a number of coping mechanisms in order to prepare and deliver on the day.

In this episode I chat about my experiences speaking in public and how you can prepare yourself for a talk, manage anxiety on the day and also look after yourself post-public speaking.
