Arthur Beesley is joined by Finance Correspondent Ciarán Hancock and David Hall of the Irish Mortgage Holders Association to look at how the errors came about, what they mean for those affected and the bank's controversial announcement yesterday. Derek Scally calls from Berlin to tell Arthur about a new kind of phone whose makers aim to reduce the harm caused by the smartphone industry, and make tougher, longer-lasting phones while they're at it.
