During heat waves, delivery drivers and warehouse workers are often at high risk. There are no federal heat policies, so workers get no relief or protection on the job. But efforts are underway to change that. Doug Parker, assistant secretary of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration joins us. And, when Manuel Vera retired, he found a new hobby: fixing up bikes. He donates those bikes after restoring them to Afghan refugees who've recently settled in Silver Springs, Maryland.
