A data breach at the Ministry of Culture and Heritage saw the personal information of more than 300 people made easily available online. Ministry chief executive Bernadette Cavanagh told Morning Report that this shouldn't have happened and they are working to get the information offline. Privacy Commissioner John Edwards says the breach is a serious one and could result in identity theft or put people in danger.
