It's in our culture to stress, force, struggle to where we have to go, and leave ourselves for last. Most of us understand that self care is good for us. But making it a priority rarely happens.

Of course it's great to make time for you, for your yoga practice, a walk in nature, and activities that step you outside of your daily routine. It's good to have these special moments for connecting back to yourself. But there is also so much we can do ALL the time, to take care in the middle of EVERY moment.

Whether you're taking care of you, or of others as caregiver, parent, leader, or group member, this practice is here for you to soften, and move into harmony with yourself and all that's here to support you. You'll let go some stress, and learn how to take care of yourself all the time, in all your moments.

The goal here is simply, to help you feel better. When we feel better, we do better, and everything is better. Our wellbeing is connected. Leave me a voice message to be featured on the show.
