In today’s pep talk I want to have a conversation with you about what price you’re willing to pay when working towards your goals, and if you’re willing to give yourself GRACE to SLOW DOWN on goals that no longer feel aligned. Every goal has a price, and I want to remind you how important it is to ask yourself if you are WILLING to pay that price, and have COMPASSION if the answer is no. So often we can be our own worst critics and we beat ourselves up over how we’re showing up in different seasons of life, so I want to ask you THREE QUESTIONS that will help you realign, take on goals you’re actually excited about, and be OK dropping the ball in other areas of life.
