Julie Keffer, founder of PeerPals.org, join Bill Horan and Nassau Community College student, Sarah Albertson, to talk about an organization created to form a community of inclusion and social opportunities for preschool children with disabilities, as they prepare to enter kindergarten.  She is also joined by Liz Lassus, Volunteer Coordinator for Long Island special educators, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and teens that can offer their time to make the programs as successful as they are.
