That’s one way to get money out of politics: after last week’s attack on the Capitol, dozens of America’s largest companies are temporarily halting their political donations. And while many of the largest energy companies are following this step, none of them have so far chosen to limit the donation freeze to the politicians who have supported the violent groups.
