Patrice Zappa-Porter is a singer, performer, author, and baby sister of rock icon Frank Zappa. She was married to soul singer Nolan Porter who passed away in 2021. Together the two of them performed in venues around the globe, including the internationally-recognized Zappanale. Patrice’s book, “My Brother Was A Mother” documents growing up with Frank and the Zappa family, and is available on www.crossfirepublications.com. She currently lives in Ventura, California, and is working on her next book, about the life and career of her husband, Nolan Porter.
