David Pastrnak and David Krejci combined for 7 points in a season-opening 5-2 Boston Bruins win over the Washington Capitals on Wednesday.

Pastrnak, who proved he's worth a massive contract extension, said both of them are only going to get better as the season goes on, which is exciting for Bruins fans and scary for the rest of the NHL.

Plus, Jakub Lauko earned Big Bear honors in his NHL debut, Jake DeBrusk was injured and did not return, and Patrice Bergeron became the third-oldest Bruins player to score the first goal of the season for the Spoked B.
