The Boston Bruins leapfrogged the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Atlantic Division standings thanks to a David Pastrnak hat trick.

The Bruins were also energized by the debut of Hampus Lindholm, a player Pastrnak called "nasty" and "amazing."

It was an encouraging win considering Patrice Bergern remained out of the lineup, and Bruce Cassidy seems to have found the right mix with the roster Don Sweeney has assembled.

They'll need to avoid a letdown Saturday against the New York Islanders to set up a huge game next week against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
