We begin with the commandant to appoint judges and law officers to maintain peace and order in each city. Moshe then explains rules and regulations against listening to sorcery or witchcraft. He describes how to differentiate between a true and false Prophet and the punishment for those who falsely claim that G-d spoke to them. We find out what Moshe means when he says “ be whole with G-d”. We learn the power and importance of honesty, truth, and integrity.
