Our Parsha begins the last book of the Torah, Sefer Devarim. With just 37 days left to live, Moshe gathers the nation for his final address. He rebukes them for their many past misdeeds and their lack of trust in Hashem.

We find out why Moshe Rabbeinu repeated specific instructions for the tribes of Reuvain, Gad, and Menasha before the entire Jewish nation?

We learn the definition of a nation and a lesson for Tisha B`Av.
