That means the first half is non-spoilers, where we only discuss general thoughts on the film’s history, production values, performances, and script before rating it’s awards season chances in our Oscar Lens. Then after a dance music warning, we dive into the full plot, and all the bests & worsts in our spoiler section. Look, we’re very proud of ourselves after recording this episode. One of us loved the film. The other despised it. And yet, I still think we managed to have a lot of fun with the debate of it all without yelling and screaming and fighting, or for the most part. Judging by the critical reception numbers out there, we’re also proud of this unique look at the movie, where there is some actual discourse. And as you learn about what professional & life experiences turned one Mike against this film, hopefully all that discourse will make sense. If not, then hopefully you’re still entertained.
