The Russian security services say at least 40 people have been killed and more than 100 injured at a concert hall near Moscow in what the authorities have called a terrorist attack. Video on social media shows at least four people dressed in camouflage clothing, opening fire as they enter the lobby of Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk. Russian media say explosions were heard. The building is now engulfed in flames, with a huge column of black smoke reaching up into the sky.
