Natalie, her husband Mike, and their three daughters live in beautiful Bozeman, Montana.Destructive Anger

Destructive anger, within the context of a marriage, refers to intense and harmful emotional reactions that can adversely affect the relationship. This type of anger often leads to hurtful behaviors, breakdowns in communication, and long-lasting damage to the emotional connection between partners.

Recognizing and addressing destructive anger involves understanding its underlying causes, learning healthy communication strategies, and developing emotional regulation skills.

By actively working to manage destructive anger, couples can create a more harmonious and supportive marital environment, fostering understanding, empathy, and a stronger bond between partners.

Natalie Hixson

Natalie Hixson is a mom who wanted to love her children more but found herself unable to manage her destructive anger. She found herself at a loss, embarrassed, and putting a strain on her husband and children for the outbursts and tantrums she expressed.

On the outside, all the boxes were checked for a "good Christian woman". The reality was a nightmare, and she knew something needed to change for everyone in her family.

The mother of three children and wife to Mike put in the work needed to address her anger, heal, and restore her family.

Today, she helps other women find the same healing to put an end to their cycles of destructive anger using Biblical principles and coaching.

This interview is about self-discovery, unconditional love, and the importance of taking care of ourselves so that we can take care of those we love most.
