Submit ReviewOver the weekend millions of women's worst fears were realised, when the US Supreme Court overturned the court case known as Roe V. Wade, which had since 1973 granted women in America a legal right to abortion.
As soon as the majority of Supreme Court judges made their decision, a number of states immediately started making abortion illegal in all cases, even if the mother has been raped or the child was conceived through incest. So what happens now?
The Quicky speaks to an expert in reproductive rights to find out how so many states have already managed to introduce laws making abortion illegal, and what could happen next in a country that appears from the outside to be imploding.
