Hey there. Join us, Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough, as we count down to what we see as the three top food trends for 2021. We've researched what big supermarket chains are buying, what seems to be getting the most publicity traction, and what's already starting to pop in the market.

[00:29] Flavored salts, mostly as condiments.

[06:51] Upcycled food. In other words, the leavings, the ends, the parts that aren't perfect. We all know about the cart of less-than-perfect food at the back of the produce section of many supermarkets. Look for those foods to come off the cart and become part of the main produce section.

[12:44] Boozy kombucha. Yep. Think about the already-hot trend of boozy fizzy water. This seems a logical extension. Retails are making big buys of kombucha "cocktail" mixes. Health + booze. Okay then!
