Rob Manfred announced Tuesday that, due to the inability of the players and owners to come to an agreement on a new CBA, the first two series of the regular season will be cancelled. Jeff and Steve break down when they think Opening Day will actually happen and why it won't be until May, at the earliest. They talk about the big problem topics that the players and owners are far apart on, like the Competitive Balance Tax, the Pre-Arbitration Bonus Pool money, and the minimum salary. They then return to their NL Central rankings series and look at how the Reds bullpen stacks up with the rest of the division. Spoiler alert, it isn't good.
