Here in Ontario the the province's science advisory panel declared that the pandemic is 'completely out of control'. So how effective have medical authorities and the government been in communicating the risks of COVID-19? We ask Rob Steiner, an Assistant Professor in the journalism program at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health in Toronto who is also a member of the science advisory panel; Carlyn Moulton is the owner of the Oeno Gallery in Bloomfield.
