The federal government is making vaccines mandatory for all federal public servants. Vaccines will also be required to travel on airplanes, interprovincial trains, cruise ships and overnight ferries. She shares concerns about the future for women and girls in Afghanistan as the Taliban appears about to seize control of the country; Ryan Maloney, a senior writer with the CBC Parliamentary Bureau updates us on the federal election campaign; According to a new poll conducted by Abacus, for the Broadbent Institute and the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canadan nearly 90 per cent of Canadians support a wealth to aid the country's pandemic recovery. We find out more from Katrina Miller of the Broadbent Institute; 'The Verandah Society' is a new production by the 4th Line Theatre. Megan Murphy and Kate Suhr who wrote and perform the play tell us about it.
