A safe return to campus. It’s what post-secondary students want, but many at Trent University are concerned that’s not what they’re going to get if they return to school this morning. Nothing beats the good old days.. and it turns out that applies to music too. We heard from Gillian Turnbull ... music writer and professor at Ryerson University about how old music is making a comeback. It's been less than a month since some businesses in Ontario were forced to shut down. Today, many get to reopen -- with limited capacities. What has changed since then? While some businesses are reopening, others have closed for good....including a historic tavern in Kingston that is known for being a favourite of former Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald. The building has now been sold to a Toronto condo broker, and faces a very different future. Discoveries of unmarked graves on residential school sites continue, but where does the response — both public and federal — stand? Saskatoon Star Phoenix columnist Doug Cuthand joined us to discuss. Open…closed. Closed…open. Businesses have been doing the same old song and dance for the last two years, and this latest round of restrictions means some will be hanging up their hats for good. It may be cold outside, but not too cold to enjoy the season to its fullest. Scouts Canada is inviting everyone -- not just Scouts -- to make the most of winter's unique qualities by taking up their new Winter Challenge.
