Living with the pandemic is becoming part of our new normal. But it is still having an impact in hospitals...particularly for elective surgeries. Patients will have to continue to be patient as these operations are delayed ...like thousands of Ontarians waiting to address their worsening vision with cataract surgery. People are more stressed and irritable these days. Not surprising after such a long time dealing with the pandemic. But, when that stress turns into frustration towards others, it can have a negative impact on our communities. Can diplomatic efforts avoid a Russian invasion of Ukraine? BILL: If you're looking for something new to binge-watch, look no further than The Porter. Showrunner Marsha Greene joined us to talk about the series, which premieres February 21. There's a lot of pandemic fatigue --as we head into year three of COVID-19... That was also true back in 1918 with the flu pandemic...which, of course, did not end in 1918.
