Few people understand concussions quite like Ryan Sutton of Peterborough. At 26 years of age, he's sustained 8 concussions. Now he's trying to help others cope with the injury and understand how to prevent it. Ontario has a new plan to deal with rising electricity demand. What does this mean for the rising demand for power. Concerns about the political climate may be part of why we're not seeing as many people run for municipal office as are needed. We spoke with Councillor Diane Freeman, to discuss the measures one council has been prompted to take as a result. A major fire began in Belleville overnight. Belleville Police Service have asked people to avoid the area of Haig Rd and Station St due to blowing debris and air quality. Mayor Mitch Panciuk gave us an update on the situation
