It happened outside the Integrated Care Hub, a local community health center, where some people were isolating in tents with COVID-19. The federal government gave Ontario a deadline earlier this month for its plan to protect threatened boreal caribou. The province says it delivered, but environmentalists say not enough is being done. The County of Simcoe is changing the way it delivers services to local libraries.
