For 45 years, volunteers at Telecare Peterborough have been taking calls 24/7 from fellow residents who need emotional support. This morning, we called a longtime volunteer and listened to her talk about the work and the impact in the community. In next week's municipal election, many voters will phone it in-- or use their computers and devices to vote. But not in Oro Medonte, where voters will have to vote in person.
