For Hot Tastes, David doesn't get the Hatch Chili fuss, Winston wants meat carving stations at gas stations and Joel thinks that smoke flavor is overused in trendy cooking and that the tater tot is the best potato application. For the tasting, raw okra, cruncy okra snacks, pickled okra, an okra cocktail (called the ecto cooler) are served along side an okra thickened gumbo and an okra ice cream.
