Over Scallops, I caught up with a previous co-worker & we were connecting the dots over what unfolded in our previous employment in 2018 which left us with red flags & a few scabs. Sure, call us weak, call us not cut for it. But, how is it that everybody knows so much on how to perform in interviews but so little about exiting? Countless of us, leave a company or are dismissed, second-guessing ourselves & to begin with, we don't even have low self-esteem. 

Especially during Covid, this needs addressing because, you should know, if you get dismissed or retrenched(for reasons that are unknown), there are other means to earn a sincere salary. This is just a bump. You are no lesser a person. You are worth it! So, sharpen those skills! =)
