The Month of October is full of spooky festivals and fun in Oklahoma.  If you want to find something new to do this month, check out the show.
 
Lyric Theatre presents: "The Rocky Horror Show" - What better way to celebrate Halloween than at the Majestic Theatre with the cult classic, THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW.This rock concert-style show is a ridiculous tribute to the science fiction and horror B movies of the 30's through the 60's, and tells the story of the newly engaged Brad & Janet, who get caught in a storm and find themselves seeking shelter at the eerie mansion of mad scientist, Dr. Frank-N-Furter, where they meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker, a creepy butler, and a Frankenstein-style muscle man named Rocky.

Step into a horse-drawn wagon and travel back in time with Enid Cemetery Tombstone Tales. As you ride through the cemetery after dark, the wagon stops at certain tombstones, where costumed re-enactors portraying historic Enid figures step out of the shadows to tell their stories. Get into the spirit of Halloween and find out what secrets have been taken to the grave.
 
"Enid is a city pulsing with great expectations." Those words were penned by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and Enid native Marquis James in the early 1900s. Yet those century-old words ring truer today than ever before. Enid is home to the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center. Nearly half of Enid's restaurants are truly locally-owned and operated, creating a unique dining experience you won't find anywhere else.
 
Haunt the River with Oklahoma River Cruises, Put a watery spell on your Halloween. Join Oklahoma River Cruises and let’s Haunt the River. Enjoy the decorated boat, haunted tunes, light snacks, and cash bar on board. This cruise boards at 7:45pm and departs at 8:00 pm tickets are $35 and must be purchased in advance. Must be 21 and over to attend. Cruise departs from the Exchange Landing located at 1503 Exchange Avenue.
 
The annual Boo on Bell Fall Festival in Shawnee celebrates the autumn season with family-friendly activities galore. Dress up in your favorite costume and enjoy trick-or-treating on Bell Street among many other activities. Boo on Bell offers something for everyone in the family from ghost stories and games to a car show and carnival rides.

Movie in the Park Series picks back up for the Fall! Be sure to bring your lawn chair or blanket for this FREE movie under the stars. There will be concession items available for purchase. Movies begin at dusk!
 
Oklahoma City's largest Halloween party for adults 21+ is back and better than ever! Don't miss Haunt the Zoo: All Grown Up, presented by COOP ALE WORKS on Friday, October 28, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.!
