Nvidia and the Georgia Institute of Technology have partnered to create an AI supercomputer exclusively for student use. The supercomputer, powered by Nvidia's enterprise AI software and equipped with Nvidia GPUs, aims to provide students with access to high-performance computing resources. Initially available to undergraduate students, the supercomputer will eventually be expanded to include all undergraduate and graduate students. The collaboration reflects the growing importance of training the next generation of workers in the field of artificial intelligence. The supercomputer consists of 20 Nvidia HGX H100 systems with a total of 160 Nvidia H100 GPUs, offering computational capabilities for various projects in fields like computer vision, robotics, and more.
