Northland's business chamber says it feels like critical infrastructure providers "just don't care" about the region. Transpower has reconnected one of the region's two 220-kilovolt circuits, propping it up with a temporary pylon. But, it says getting the other lines back up and running will be more complex, and until that's done the network will not be fully secure. Northland Chamber of Commerce chief executive Darryn Fisher spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
