There are 17 games left in the regular season and this is a critical stretch for the Nets. Currently sitting in 9th in the East, they basically have to make hay over the last month-plus to ensure a high probability of making the playoffs. It starts with Tuesday’s game against the Charlotte Hornets who they are battling for seeding right now. Winning this one would help in the tiebreakers (if needed) at the end of the season.
