Ismail Subair will be one of nearly 50 people to become a Canadian citizen in Halifax on Canada Day. Subair, his wife and their two sons moved to Nova Scotia from Nigeria four years ago. Guest host Carolyn Ray spoke with Subair about the opportunities they've found in Nova Scotia.
