He was found in all the right clubs and at all the events where the wealthy ex-pats gathered on the Island. Perma-tanned John lived in an expensive villa with his wife Linda and they enjoyed a fantastic lifestyle  with all the trappings of success with many exotic holidays, designer clothes and jewellery, a luxury motor boat and two top of the range cars – an open topped sports car for Linda and a top of the range Mercedes for John.
