A five-stage plan for easing the Covid-19 lockdown in Northern Ireland has been published by the Executive. Unlike plans announced in England and the Republic of Ireland, NI's blueprint does not include a timetable - but the First Minister says she hoped to reach the final stage by December. That's some time off. So how do we move forward along this five step plan? Arlene Foster says progression will depend on key health criteria being met. One of those is the R number. That's the reproduction number or the rate at which one person infects other people with Covid-19. Stephen spoke to Professor Ian Young - Chief Scientific Advisor to the Department of Heath Northern Ireland, TUV MLA Jim Allister, People Before Profit MLA Gerry Carroll, and commentators Mick Fealty and Chris Donnelly.
