NFL rule changes show that player safety doesn't exist while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers NFL Draft targets may be boom or bust

The NFL announced some rules changes this week and the biggest takeaway from all of it is that player safety is a myth, not a focus. With teams potentially getting two Thursday Night Football games a season, the NFL continue to put profits over people.

PFF named the biggest "boom or bust" players in the upcoming draft at each position so we take a look at the Bucs' top positions of need and decide whether that player - and their projected draft spot - would be worth the risk.
