Reporter: Marisa Lagos Pardon for Former Prisoner Who Helped Female Ex-Inmates Re-Enter Society Governor Newsom pardoned an East L.A. woman, a former prisoner herself, who’s been hailed for helping other ex-inmates transition from prison to society.
