Disability rights advocate Vicky Levack is already dreaming of her new apartment. Levack, 30, has cerebral palsy and has been living in long-term care for years. But last week, she learned she'll be a part of a new pilot project started by the provincial government that helps Nova Scotians with disabilities live within the community.
