The New Orleans Saints may not be making a head coaching change with Dennis Allen expected to hold on to his role, but offensive coordinator is absolutely a space the Saints should look to address. At least adjusting and improving the offensive scheme and play calling one way or another. Next, they’ll have to answer the questions around Andy Dalton, Jameis Winston, and Michael Thomas to understand where the passing game is going to turn on a play-by-play basis.

The good news for the Saints? Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed are set to be the future of the team’s passing offense one way or another. Should they turn the page sooner rather than delaying the probable? With some additional draft compensation potentially on the way in return for Sean Payton’s rights, the Saints could be in position to take hold of the 2023 NFC South. But they’ll have to get the offense right first and foremost.
