The New Orleans Saints made the tough decision to move on from Pete Carmichael and get into the offensive coordinator search. It's the right choice for the Saints' roster and playmakers and for Dennis Allen who goes into his last chance with the Saints in his third year. There are several great candidates out there in this year's NFL coaching cycle.

Along with Carmichael, the Saints moved on from Kodi Burns and Bob Bicknell while Joel Thomas took the same running backs coach role with the New York Giants. And could the Saints be looking at a shift for Mickey Loomis and Khai Harley at general manager? Seems like a longshot, but something to watch.
