Submit ReviewReinforcements are here for the Brooklyn Nets and they have arrived just time. Brooklyn had lost 11 games straight and was mired in a very ugly part of the season. But with Seth Curry and Andre Drummond able to suit up for the first time following the James Harden trade, Brooklyn looked like a team rejuvenated. Curry was excellent, scoring a team-high 23 points on 10-18 from the field.
Meanwhile, Drummond made his presence felt early and turned in a solid performance with 11 points, nine rebounds, and four assists. And the Nets really felt his impact on the defensive end as well. And finally, there was Bruce Brown who arguably played his best game as a Net, scoring 19 points and getting after it on the defensive end in a big way.
In all, the Nets were able to come away with a win despite not having Kevin Durant or Kyrie Irving. It was a much-needed W.
