Cousin Sal and the Degenerate Trifecta begin the show recapping a big weekend of Game 7’s in the NBA and NHL playoffs. Parlay Kid believes the NHL playoff games have been so much better and everyone should be watching. Quickly, Eddie Spaghetti jumps on to take joy in the Rangers win over the Penguins as he is ready to move onto a different fan base than annoying crybaby Pittsburgh. Sal gave Eddie a signed Henrik Lundqvist puck at his birthday party that might have brought him good luck.   The guys recap their Betaches as Sal’s bet for Giannis to have the most points in Game 7 was undone by Grant Williams shooting his way to a record-setting night. As for Harry, the Toronto Maple Leafs took yet another first-round exit after he predicted they would win the Stanley Cup. Then it’s more discussion of Sunday’s big NBA playoff games as the Celtics/Bucks basically came down to three-point shooting and the Mavericks completely blew out the Suns on their home floor. Harry says Chris Paul deserves any criticism he is taking today including from Patrick Beverly.   Next, the guys make their picks for the Eastern and Western Conference Finals as Harry thinks Marcus Smart will be the X-Factor for the Celtics in the series, while Parlay Kid loves the Mavericks and makes the argument no one is playing better than Luka right now. Then it’s over to the NHL playoffs as they each make their best series bet as Sal and the Parlay Kid are split on the Tampa Bay Lighting/Florida Panther series and Brother Bri declares he’s glad to be done rooting for the NY Rangers.
