Our first Mountain West basketball podcast is here for the season (sorry for no preseason shows) we have Jeremy Mauss being joined by Andrew Dieckhoff to kick things off with some big picture hoops. Early on it seems Utah State is clearly the best team and they aren't even at full strength and San Diego State is in the neighborhood and then there is a jumbled mess of a teams to pick from. UNLV has a new coach and is struggling, Air Force is disappointing, and New Mexico is the closest to the top two but aren't quite there. The Rams are a team with  Nico Carvacho who is an overlooked player and even if Colorado State is not in the mix for a conference title, he should be in the running for player of the year. We both expect Colorado State to pull off an upset or two along the way.
