• There has been another accusation of assault in Canberra.Rape allegations against a federal Labor M-P have been referred to Federal Police...after Liberal Senator Sarah Henderson received an email from a woman with the claims...Greens Senator Sarah Hanson Young also received an e-mail.It's as pressure mounts on the PM to take action..after it was revealed another accuser had came forward, alleging she was raped by a federal cabinet minister 1988.

• ANOTHER CROWN RESORTS Director has RESIGNED.Perth-based chairman JOHN POYNTON is the FIFTH to step down...he was the last of JAMES PACKER's direct representatives on the board.

• More restrictions ease in VICTORIA today...OFFICES can return to 75 per cent capacity. There are NO NEW Covid cases in the state today...but 11 active cases remain.Its as authorities begin testing the latest batch of COVID VACCINES to enter AUSTRALIA.300,000 doses of the ASTRA ZENECA VACCINE arrived in SYDNEY yesterday.
