The Chicago White Sox beat the Houston Astros, 4-3, on Tuesday night. It was another comeback win for the White Sox and another night where Yoan Moncada played hero. The Justin Verlander vs. Dylan Cease showdown did not necessarily live up to the hype. Verlander pitched well, especially early on, but Dylan Cease only went five innings and gave up three runs. The White Sox scored early but waited until the 7th inning to tie the game up, thanks to a two-run double by Gavin Sheets. Yoan Moncada drove in the game winning run in the 8th inning and White Sox closer, Liam Hendriks nailed things down. The White Sox are now five games over .500 and only one game back in the AL Central.
