The US is set to attempt its first moon landing in more than five decades. The first spacecraft to undertake the journey took off last night, but it seems the lunar mission could already be in jeopardy. 

And while NASA is financially supported the efforts, two private companies are behind the lunar missions. So, has the moon  become the new frontier of commercial space exploration?
