Curt Bear is the Founder of LoCo Think Tank in Fort Collins, Colorado and he’s back for round 2! His business creates small business owner peer advisory chapters at an affordable price, by matching growth-minded members with give-back focused business veterans in the role of LoCo Facilitator. Curt started this business in 2014 as he attempted to navigate from a career in small business banking to a restaurant venture - that never got off the ground. During two years in mobile food, and two more as an investment and insurance representative LoCo grew steadily as a side venture. In 2018, Curt went full-time LoCo, and in the time since he and his small team have grown LoCo Think Tank to 9 chapters in Northern Colorado with service offerings for all stages of the small business journey. Curt is a self-described abundance-minded Husband, Adventurer, Christian, Foodie, Freethinker, Rotarian, and Libertarian.
