Learn to say no...it’ll be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself!

What we’re talking about

 -       Careers After Kids

-       Finding Your Mama Tribe

-       It’s OK To Say “No”

Finding New Passion and Purpose After Kids

Tracy was (and still is) an actress, but since having kids has switched her focus to a clothing line which she created and designed that gives back to local charities in addition to launching her 2nd podcast which is educating homeowners on how to do the simple things around their homes. Tracy is sharing how these two adventures allow her to spend time with kids while also educating them on what the post office is and is leaving a legacy for them of their mom both online and in the podcast world.

 It Takes A Village

Tracy found MOMs Club which is a national organization of moms and who organize playdates, but it’s more than get togethers. It’s a community of women who are all about supporting each other and lifting one another up. Being a mom is all-encompassing and having support of others who know what you are going through is vital. Because of this village, Tracy has revamped her blog to focus more on what she believes in now and to show the true side of motherhood.

Embracing The Word “No”

It’s time to stop the shaming and apologizing. Don’t apologize for frozen vegetables or ordering your groceries online or even saying no to a potential client that isn’t the right fit. Discovering how to say no is empowering and freeing and something Tracy feels everyone should be doing.

If you’ve found your village, give them a shout out and tag Tracy and I over on Instagram! We want to know we support and see all of you! And don’t forget...it’s ok to say “no!”.
