Submit ReviewIn this bonus minisode, Josh Crabb of Reel World Theology joins Aaron to discuss one of the most emotionally affecting films of the year. Barry Jenkins’ Moonlight is a story of human connection and self-discovery about a young black man struggling to grow up in a neighborhood that doesn’t accept him. This film is already drawing a lot of awards buzz and rightfully so. We dive into its importance of representing a culture that we may not relate to, but that we can all empathize with.
